Apply today!Job Duties (in part)Lead and supervise legal support, investigative, audit, and administrative staff across multiple Civil Enforcement Division programs, including direct supervision of supervisors and teams in Salem, Portland, and Eugene.Develop, implement, and monitor business processes and workflows that support investigative, enforcement, and litigation activities across several program areas.Oversee investigations and audits by ensuring appropriate planning, documentation, evidence management, legal sufficiency, and coordination with attorneys.Ensure the achievement of program performance goals by tracking, assessing, and reporting performance measures and related operational outcomes.Manage recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and disciplinary processes to support a high‑performing, engaged workforce.Monitor and oversee program and division budgeting, including expenditure approval, resource forecasting, and financial reporting functions.Promote effective communication and collaboration by leading staff meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring staff understand responsibilities and division priorities.State Management Service personnel are responsible for understanding the agency’s affirmative action goals and objectives and to develop and implement plans to meet them.
