Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative Akron, OH Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: Based on Experience Mancan Staffing is partnering with a growing company in Akron that is seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with previous office experience, preferably in sales or business-to-business (B2B) customer interactions, though experience is not required for the right candidate with strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence and prepare other formal documents.
• Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Greet and assist onsite visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct inbound phone calls.
• Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
• Provide administrative support and perform general office duties.
• Assist customers and clients with inquiries and service needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous office, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Business-to-business sales or customer interaction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
