Data Collection: Unit Information: HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast Location: Pasadena, Texas Address: 4000 Spencer Highway Floor: 1st Building: ED General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 25 Number of Staff 65 FTEs Type of staff: Day Shift ANM- 1, RN-9, EMT-3, US-2 Night Shift ANM-1, RN-9, EMT- 3, US-1 Patient Ratios Minimum 4:1 maximum 5:1 if all possible Type of equipment rapid infuser, vein finders, TTM machines, CVP and Arterial lines, BS U/S, Warmer EMR ED Medi-tech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. TNCC,ENPC,PALS,ACLS,BLS, CPI/TIC At least a year ED experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
