Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN for our night shift team at the Troup County Jail in Georgia. This is a role for nurses who stay steady under pressure, think critically, and want their work to matter every single shift.
Correctional nursing brings together medical, emergency, and behavioral health experience in a setting where your skills stay active and your nights move with purpose. No endless call lights. Job DescriptionAs an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you will:
- Deliver direct patient care and medication administration
- Conduct nursing assessments and intake screenings
- Assist with emergency response and triage situations
- Monitor chronic care patients and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and correctional staff
- Help create a safe, professional, and compassionate care environment
