Nurse‑to‑patient ratio 1:3 for both day and night shifts. Scope of Work Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably in line with the American Nurses Association (ANA) and Michigan state law. Demonstrate competency through the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Uphold ANA standards, including ethical practice, culturally congruent care, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, quality, and resource utilization to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
