Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position at a Level I Trauma teaching hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and a PA or compact RN license in hand.

Details

• Adult ICU at a Level I Trauma academic teaching hospital
• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 3:1 depending on acuity
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Floating is required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Charting is performed in Epic

Requirements

• Active PA or compact RN license required and must be in hand
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Experience in a Level I Trauma and academic teaching hospital setting required
• Critical Care Float Pool experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be considered but at a different pay rate
• RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application
