Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories and performing targeted assessments to identify their physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Developing and explaining customized treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the goal-setting process.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols that align with each patient's unique presentation and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Consulting with other healthcare professionals to coordinate optimal patient care, identifying any changes in a patient's condition that necessitate revisions to the treatment plan.
• Completing detailed documentation of all patient care activities, including initial evaluations, treatment progress notes, and discharge planning, thereby ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and facilitating continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from spinal injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and other musculoskeletal disorders. You will work with a diverse array of patients, each with unique needs and challenges, allowing you to utilize and enhance your clinical expertise in various therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification. A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is also required.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings and familiarity with spinal care methodologies. Compensation and Benefits
