Today, I'm pleased to announce, we're looking for 2 new Jr Sales Associates to join our ranks - whose primary objective will be to work with the sales team to drive leads. This teammate will speak with interesting people who own homes with old windows and doors. During the conversation, they diagnose the window problems, delight the homeowner with kindness and schedule a convenient time for a salesperson to visit and calculate a price.
