Production Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and can balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach production employees on the night shift
• Plan and assign work, establish priorities, and monitor production schedules
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Partner with quality and other departments to maintain production standards and resolve issues
• Address employee performance, attendance, and development through coaching and accountability
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising manufacturing or production teams
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, safety, and production processes
• Experience with employee coaching, performance management, and team development
• Strong mechanical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work an overnight shift and occasional overtime, weekends, or schedule changes as needed
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, temperature variations, and moving equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear required PPE
• Forklift experience/certification preferred; training may be provided
• Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
