This is a temporary position to cover as executive assistant to our CEO.

Classification : Full time
Shift : Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30am-5:00pm
Location : On-site

Job Summary:
The Temporary Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO during a lapse in coverage period. This role is responsible for coordinating calendars, organizing travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, managing routine communications, and supporting day to day administrative tasks. The position plays an important role in keeping schedules, information, and processes organized while ensuring continuity of support across the organization.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
• Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, business dinners, speaking engagements, etc.
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
• Manages and maintain the CEO's calendar
• Fields all incoming phone calls and emails
• Schedules meetings and appointments
• Assists CEO with special projects as needed

Job Requirements:
• Must possess a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks daily
• Excellent time management skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Must be adaptable and able to pivot quickly

Job Qualifications:
• 1 – 3 years Administrative Support experience required

Compensation:
• Hourly: $25-$30/hour DOE

• As a temporary employee of the Company, you will not be eligible to participate in the benefit plans provided by Silencer Central.
