Registered Nurse Med/ Surg - Urology/ Oncology

Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler – 14‑week, 36‑hrs‑week assignment on nights at Sentara Martha Jefferson Medical Center, Charlottesville, VA. Salary $65/hour. Key Responsibilities Assess and admit patients to medical/surgical, oncology, and urology units. Perform daily nursing rounds, administer medications, and monitor patient status. Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with evidence‑based practice and documentation standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years recent RN bedside experience in an acute care medical/surgical setting. Active RN license (state license required; NC acceptable). EPIC EMR user proficiency. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS (or NIHH). Education: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.
