Atlantic Egg Harbor Township Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – New Jersey Program Reports directly to the Clinical Administrator and supports programs in Atlantic and Cumberland counties. Salary $77,000 – $81,000 per year. Responsibilities Provide behavior support to individuals within assigned programs. Conduct assessments, consultations, monitoring and diagnostic evaluation and behavioral support for challenging behaviors. Consult on Individual Support Plan goals and objectives. Train, quality oversee, and supervise behavior specialists/RBTs regarding behavior support, required documentation, and therapeutic interventions. Limited on‑call responsibilities, primarily phone consultation to assigned programs. Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). At least one year of experience working with IDD populations. Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans. Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis.
