The Senior Vice President operates with a high degree of independence: running accounts, advising clients on complex and high-stakes communications matters, and developing the senior professionals who lead their own account teams. This is a role for someone who has already built the instincts and the track record, and is ready to apply them at scale across a diverse portfolio.The right candidate brings a minimum of 15 years' PR and communications experience, deep expertise in media relations and strategic counsel, and a demonstrated ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams. Fluency in the legal, financial, or professional services markets is strongly preferred—these are the sectors where Infinite has built its reputation, and where clients expect senior counsel that is both commercially grounded and communications-sophisticated.Serve as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of accounts; drive the development, implementation, and execution of public relations initiatives that achieve clients' immediate and long-term goals.Provide independent, sophisticated counsel to clients and senior executives on complex communications matters, including crisis situations.Demonstrate a fluent understanding of clients' business, competitive landscape, and sector dynamics; proactively identify opportunities and risks and advise accordingly.Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns anchored in media relations; collaborate with research, broadcast, creative, and additional specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.Identify patterns and opportunities across your portfolio; pulling portfolio-level insights across the practice.Lead and contribute to new business pitches; originate opportunities through client relationships and industry networks.Proactively cultivate organic growth within existing accounts by identifying and introducing new services and capabilities.Career manage staff; conduct performance reviews, lead coaching sessions, and hold direct reports accountable for both client delivery and their own professional development.Act as a senior mentor across the broader team; model intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to collegiality and excellence.Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional and leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals.Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite's values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).You have a minimum of 15 years' PR / communications experience, with at least eight years in an account and people management role, and significant experience in the Legal and Professional services sectors.You have expert media relations skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sophisticated messaging and storytelling strategies for senior audiences.You have a proven track record of independently managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering measurable results across complex, high-stakes situations.You have exceptional client management skills and a demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships, manage workflow, and maintain account profitability.You have strong instincts for business development; you can identify and convert organic growth opportunities and contribute meaningfully to new business pitches.You are a demonstrated people leader known for developing talent, building high-performing teams, and elevating the capabilities of the senior professionals around you.You are a proven writer and strategic thinker, capable of overseeing media plans and a broad range of client materials with limited oversight.You have experience counseling senior business leaders on communications matters; experience with media training and crisis communications is a plus.You have deep familiarity with the legal, financial, or professional services markets, or a compelling track record in adjacent sectors with a clear appetite to develop that expertise.Friendly and highly collaborative working environment where your voice will be heard and your ideas will count.Opportunity to work with leading law firms and professional services firms on a global scale within an international network.A focus on growth and professional development: twice annual professional planning sessions, regular access to leadership and mentorship opportunities.Hybrid work schedule; two days in the office with three optional work-from-home days per week.$175 one-time stipend for your at-home work set-up; $50 monthly stipend for your smartphone contract and a stipend to upgrade your device every three years.Competitive salary and customizable benefits package including:100% company paid health, dental and vision insurance coverage401k with competitive company matchMonthly benefit stipend that can be used for health and wellness, transportation, student loan repayment or charitable contributionsEmployee Assistance Program and free annual membership to the Calm appAmple time off: 20 vacation days, 10 annual company holidays, nine days paid sick leave, one personal day and an "on call" period between Christmas and New Year's.Unlimited paid time off to volunteer and 100% matching of charitable contributions up to $1,000 per year.Thorough onboarding and training process that extends throughout your tenure with the company.The current annual base salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
