What We Offer:
- Starting hourly rate of $19/hour and up
- 12hrs. Part Time & Full-Time Day shifts with rotating weekends
- Increased Shift Differential Pay - Up to $4hr
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their prescribed treatment plans
- Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, and temperature
- Provide basic care services, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair and stretcher use
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and other resident care activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:
- Active and good standing Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license in Missouri
- Previous experience/skills in a LTC/Senior Living or related field preferred
- Active CPR certification
