Pay, Home Time & More:

Average $1,787+ per week
Solo Miles Pay:?76 CPM with 1,800 - 2,100 miles per week
Solo Stops Pay:?$17.50 per stop with 4 - 8 stops per week
Per Diem Pay: $50 per night with 4 - 5 nights per week
Sign-On Bonus:?Pays you $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days
Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 1 year
Route: Regional
Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

Schedule: 7-day-a-week operation with 2 consecutive days off
4-5 nights out
Start time: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Deliver solo to: 48 States
Tractor Type: Sleeper
Trailer Type: Reefer 53'
Freight: No-touch - chicken

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A
9 months of experience within the past 3 years
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
