What You'll Do As our Sales Counselor, you'll play a key role in maintaining occupancy by connecting with prospective residents and families throughout their decision-making journey. Responsibilities include: Conduct community tours that showcase our exceptional lifestyle and services Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, handwritten notes, and in-person visits Meet and exceed occupancy and sales goals through effective prospect management Develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, churches, senior organizations, and other community partners Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, civic organizations, and outreach activities Plan and deliver presentations to referral sources and community groups Coordinate marketing initiatives including newsletters, advertising, and public relations efforts Maintain accurate prospect records using the community CRM system Prepare weekly and monthly sales and occupancy reports Assist with marketing plans and community events Work closely with community leadership to create an exceptional experience for every prospective resident and family Maintain professional, compassionate, and positive relationships with residents, families, and team members What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales or marketing experience Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales experience is highly preferred Strong networking, presentation, and closing skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile liability insurance Why You'll Love Working Here Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & additional benefits Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families Join Our Team Qualified candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, physical examination, employment verification, and reference checks prior to employment.
