Job Captain

We are seeking a Job Captain with 3 to 7 years of architectural experience to support the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects. This position will assist with larger projects while independently managing smaller and medium sized assignments through multiple phases of design and construction. Responsibilities Assist with architectural design, construction drawings, and construction administration Independently manage smaller and medium sized projects Prepare and coordinate architectural construction documents Perform field surveys and document existing conditions Complete energy calculations using COMcheck Coordinate with engineering consultants and project stakeholders Participate in and lead project meetings Communicate directly with clients Apply building and energy codes throughout the design process Assist with project schedules, documentation, and coordination Support projects across a variety of commercial and residential building types Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 3 to 7 years of architectural experience Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Understanding of building and energy codes Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to independently manage assigned projects Strong coordination and problem solving abilities Self motivated and passionate about architecture 401(k) Paid time off Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Exposure to diverse project types and responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Genuine Search Group
