Concierge Position at Fellowship Square Oasis We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team at Fellowship Square Oasis, a nonprofit senior care community. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities Answer the phones at the front lobby desk, transfer phone calls to the appropriate department/staff member. Interact with all individuals in a professional, courteous and quick manner. Assist customers in placing maintenance work orders. Monitor Emergency Calls, security cameras and building alarms throughout the campus while participating the Community Emergency Preparedness plan. Assist guests in reaching the appropriate staff person to assist them with their questions. Act as a point of contact between campus departments and guests as required. Receive and sort mail and packages. Deliver if necessary. Track and order office supplies as needed. Enter Purchase Orders following proper procedures from start to finish. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Assisted Living. Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience. Familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands (up to 50 lbs.) Pay Rate: Starting pay rate is $XX.XX per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
