Professional Therapy Partners is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Clovis, New Mexico.

This is a strong fit for a PT who wants a patient-focused clinic, a manageable caseload, and the freedom to treat with clinical judgment. You will join an established outpatient team with consistent patient volume, supportive leadership, and room to grow over time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and progress patients through individualized outpatient therapy plans.
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care focused on function, movement, and long-term outcomes.
• Manage a steady caseload while maintaining high-quality clinical care.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and recovery goals.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using WebPT.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, support staff, and leadership to improve patient outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, referring providers, and care team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Support clinic growth through strong patient relationships, outcomes, and community reputation.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical development, and process improvement when needed.

• Strong outpatient orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills.
• Ability to build trust with patients and create a positive therapy experience.
• Clear communication with patients, coworkers, and referral partners.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Strong time management and ability to stay organized during a full clinic schedule.
• Comfortable documenting in an EMR system, preferably WebPT.

Requirements

• Active or eligible New Mexico Physical Therapist license.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Physical Therapy, or equivalent approved PT degree.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfort working with a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Team-oriented and patient-focused approach.
