Schedule Day Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Night Shift: Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Position Summary The Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in preventing failures, not just repairing them. Requirements Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair plastics manufacturing and packaging equipment Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, industrial automation systems, and machine controls Troubleshoot and repair printing equipment and associated control systems Perform preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime Execute predictive maintenance tasks and identify opportunities to prevent failures before they occur Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, compressors, drives, and auxiliary equipment Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Seattle-Tacoma Box Company
