Starting pay is $28.50/hour; although pay is negotiable based on experience. Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career!Shift Differential Pay:Every Weekend with a $5.00/hour shift differentialHours between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. include a $1.50/hour shift differentialFull-Time Benefits:Competitive Pay with Shift DifferentialsHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and AD&D Insurance401(k) with a matching percentEmployee Assistance ProgramChildcare AssistanceAflacPaid Time Off (PTO)Flexible SchedulingResponsibilities:Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient.Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.Assist the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations.Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care.Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition.Qualifications:1 year experience as an LPN.Current state license as an LPN.Graduate of an accredited program of practical nursing.Proof of current CPR certification; or ability to get certified.Ability to work flexible schedule.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to pass a background check.NEW Care, Inc. has been providing a variety of supportive living services to residents of Crivitz and the surrounding communities since 1965.
