GSC International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our shipping team. This is a full-time, entry-level position working Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this role, you will help pack and ship customer orders, assist with prepacking and small kit assembly, and potentially help unload incoming shipments. Our products are used in science education, so accuracy and care are important. The goal is to process customer orders quickly and correctly while maintaining the packing standards we have developed.

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is reliable, organized, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review ready-to-ship orders for accuracy.
• Wrap, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use basic warehouse tools and equipment such as box cutters, tape guns, scales, and packing materials.
• Load and unload packages and freight deliveries.
• Assist with prepacking products and assembling small science education kits.
• Count, organize, and label products as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers about order, inventory, or shipping questions.
• Help solve unique order and shipping issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company packing and safety procedures.

• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday
7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Full-time, 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $16.50/hour

Benefits available after 90 days:

• Health insurance, with 60% of premium paid by the company
