We are looking for reliable, compassionate, and confident Mobility & Community Support Specialist to join our team. Driving Is a Major Part of This Job You MUST be comfortable driving and have a valid NJ Driver’s License. Staff regularly transport individuals to community activities, appointments, employment opportunities, and other program destinations. This Is a High-Support Position You will support individuals with highly intensive behaviors and complex needs . Experience with Individual Support Plans (ISP), Behavior Support Plans (BSP), Level 3 Support Plans, behavioral interventions, and crisis/de-escalation strategies are strongly preferred. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, follow individualized plans, document accurately, and work closely with clinical and supervisory teams. Responsibilities Include: Direct care, supervision, and behavioral support Implementing ISP, BSP, and Level 3 Support Plans Supporting individuals with highly intensive behaviors Transportation and community participation Personal care and medication support Life skills, employment, and recreational activities Documentation and data collection Following safety procedures and individualized programming Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Starting Pay: $28.00/hour, $30.00/hour after 90-day competencies Full-Time Benefits Include: Paid training Paid Time Off + Sick time Employee Referral Bonus FREE RBT Certification Program FSA 401(k) with match Possible overtime Potential eligibility for Public Service Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or higher 20+ years old Valid NJ Driver’s License Willing and able to drive regularly Ability to work with individuals with autism and intensive behavioral needs Must successfully pass required DMV, Central Registry, CARI, fingerprint, drug screen, physical, and PPD checks Paid Training Provided!
