Senior P2P Governance Specialist

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior P2P Governance Specialist will manage end-to-end Purchase to Pay operations remotely, ensuring best practices, governance of outsourced services, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Govern outsourced P2P operations by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions Partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and Compliance to align P2P operations with enterprise objectives Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or process management Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P / AP processes and operational controls Proven experience managing or partnering with outsourced service providers Experience with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional communication
