Participate in staff recruitment, interviewing, and performance evaluations. Conduct training and orientation for new employees. Review and update policies and procedures. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans. Act as a working RN, personally providing nursing care to ensure quality and proper documentation. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Current unencumbered nursing license in the state. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days. Experience in psychiatric healthcare, with a preference for chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients. Leadership experience preferred.
