An established Dermatology practice in North Dakota is looking for another physician to help meet strong patient demand. The practice is currently booked more than 60 days out, with limited competition in the area, creating an immediate patient base and plenty of room to grow. You'll have the opportunity to practice general Dermatology with flexibility to incorporate cosmetic and procedural interests.

• General Dermatology with cosmetic opportunities available
• MOHS opportunities available for trained physicians
• Established support from experienced nurse practitioners
• 28-30 patients per day with 15-minute appointment scheduling
• Dedicated LPN and dermatology tech support
• No call responsibilities
• Full-time considered 35 patient hours per week
• EPIC EMR with Dragon or DAX voice dictation

• UVB light therapy
• XTRAC excimer laser
• Cosmetic laser platform including:

  • Erbium
  • Fractional
  • IPL

• 625,000 guaranteed base salary for 3 years
• wRVU production model with strong upside potential
