Position: Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist Schedule: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Call: 3:00 PM-7:00 AM Call Frequency: Every night while working Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Call Response Time: 20 minutes Backup Call: Every night Daytime Providers: 4 Operating Rooms: 4 CV Room: 1
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONSACLS: REQUIRED BLS: REQUIRED PALS: REQUIRED
PROCEDURAL EXPERIENCESpinals: Must be proficient Blocks: Must be proficient Epidurals: Must be proficient Caselogs: REQUIRED Caselog Documentation: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIESRequired case experience includes:
- General anesthesia
- Endoscopy
- OB, approximately 450 deliveries per year
- Orthopedics, including some spine cases
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Podiatry
- Cardiac, approximately 380 cases per year
- Cath Lab
- TEE
Practice Model: MD/CRNA practice Supervision: MD/CRNA model EMR: Epic
CALL DETAILSRegular Call: 3:00 PM-7:00 AM Call Requirement: Every night while working Backup Call: Every night Response Time: 20 minutes
