Project Manager

Job Description

I'm partnering with a well-established, employee-owned General Contractor with decades of experience delivering high-quality construction projects throughout Ohio and the Midwest.

This organization has an impressive portfolio of K-12 projects, including new school construction, major renovations, classroom additions, athletic facilities, and multi-building school district improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Manage K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
\n
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and cost forecasting.
\n
• Coordinate with school districts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
\n
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
\n
• Oversee phased construction, renovations, and additions while minimizing disruptions to active school environments.
\n
• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and scheduling expectations.
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and project stakeholders.
\n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

\n
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.
\n
• Previous K-12 construction experience required.
\n
• Experience with ground-up schools, additions, renovations, or public-sector construction.
\n
• Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling, cost controls, and subcontractor management.
\n
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
\n
