The Juniper Hotel in Cupertino with 224 guest rooms, about 11 miles west of downtown San Jose, brings a modern boutique atmosphere to Silicon Valley. Classification: Part-Time Shift Pattern: 11 pm to 7 am The ideal candidate will have at least one year of front desk experience, night auditor experience is preferred. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
