Summary:  ProperSys Corporation is a newly established U.S. subsidiary of Taiwan Puritic Corp which was founded in 1996. The company serves the constantly innovating semiconductor industry with high precision equipment, systems, and services. We deliver professional facility turnkey projects and system engineering services to the semiconductor fabrication industry. Semiconductor leaders choose us to participate their evolution and expansion because of our focus on high quality production and clean execution. ProperSys also specializes in providing the services for procurement and sales of consumable supplies and raw materials for hi-tech OEM/ODM semiconductor equipment. ProperSys Corporation is rapidly growing and expanding and is now looking for talented members to join our team. We are looking for two new BIM (business information modeling) modelers. Expert knowledge of BIM and Autodesk Revit software is required, as well as an understanding of engineering and architecture. You will be required to work closely with our lead engineer, modeling and presenting the concepts requested by these team members. The ideal candidate has previous experience in this field as well as good communication ability. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Taiwanese is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects
• Responsible for proper set up and maintenance and management of large, federated building models involving 8-10 design and engineering disciplines or more
• Develop and maintain project templates, tool sets, families and libraries
• Provide training, support, and develop BIM standards and protocols, while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Be the point of contact for any technical issues related to Revit and continuously monitor and evaluate its use to identify areas for improvement
• Timely implementation of clash resolution of any issues, and data integrations for other disciplines according to an aggressive schedule
• Ensure the appropriate use of quality control standard and procedures for accurate and precise BIM Revit/AutoCAD work, measurements, documentation, analysis, and portrayal of incoming and existent data
• Responsible for the coordination of the design produced by the Engineering Team, Trade Contractors, and other third-party vendors under their direction 
• Hand off the completed model/as-built to their facilities counterpart
• Determine the proper elements and scale for MEP systems and buildings
• Ensure integrity/quality of the models
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Proficiency in CAD drafting (Autodesk products preferred) and detailing for mechanical and process piping systems in commercial and industrial construction projects
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams of piping detailers/designers and scheduling of tasks
• Process piping detailing experience
• High-tech tools install knowledge
• Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems
• Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD, 3D Modeling and Navisworks software
• Ability to identify design issues and provide virtual simulations in 3D
• Two years of Revit

Preferred:

• 8+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in a construction environment or similar industrial setting
• Working knowledge of Plant 3D Plant software is preferred or experience with other 3D piping software.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Taiwanese a plus.

Computer Skills:

• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Meets, Excel and email.
