Fairfax Behavioral Health is hiring a passionate Full-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist for our Kirkland campus! Fairfax Behavioral Health has been a cornerstone of mental health care in the Greater Seattle/Puget Sound areas since 1930. Our mission is to provide top-quality patient care through comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults. Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care. Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center's Pacific Campus. Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe. Bellevue Outpatient Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women's-focused programs. With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health.

Benefits and Compensation

Unit or Service Line Directorship: Available for those interested (includes additional stipend). Bonus structure: Additional earnings potential through productivity bonus plan and additional call & weekend shifts. Benefits: Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, etc. Malpractice insurance covered. PTO: 26 days Paid Time Off annually. CME package Other compensation: Negotiable Relocation Assistance/Sign-On Bonus.

Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications

Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited program. Certification: BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required). Certification: BE/BC General Psychiatry (required); BE/BC Child Adolescent Psychiatry (strongly preferred). Licensure: Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license. Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
