Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Field-based role supporting oncology healthcare providers with patient access, reimbursement guidance, and specialty pharmacy education. Position requires territory management across Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Oklahoma City with expertise in medical benefit coverage, coding, and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
• Present specialty pharmacy networks, distribution options, and acquisition pathways for products
• Advise providers on payer policies, coding changes, and proper claims submission procedures
• Maintain relationships with key providers and collaborate with internal oncology teams on account management
• Track and report payer trends to Patient Services and account management teams

Requirements

• Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and reimbursement models
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Parts A, B, C, D coverage, coding, billing, and prior authorization processes
• Ability to communicate technical coding and billing requirements at national and regional levels
• Healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing eligibility and ability to maintain compliance
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
• Territory and account management skills with demonstrated excellence
