Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also welcome
• Experience in pediatric or K-12 school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools/platforms for remote service delivery
• SLPA certification and school-based experience are a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in both in-person and virtual settings
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and consult with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapy skills and knowledge
