Compensation: Hourly wage + tips About the Role Rusty Rail Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Events Dishwasher to join our Events & Banquets Team. This position plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth service for weddings, banquets, and private events. You'll work closely with our kitchen and events staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area during high-volume service. Responsibilities

Compensation: Hourly wage + tips About the Role Rusty Rail Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and hardworking Events Dishwasher to join our Events & Banquets Team. This position plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth service for weddings, banquets, and private events. You'll work closely with our kitchen and events staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area during high-volume service. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment during and after events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Support the culinary and banquet teams with setup, breakdown, and cleanup
- Assist with restocking and ensuring all dishware and utensils are ready for service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event hours (schedule varies week to week)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required – we'll train the right person!
