Regional Vice President of Operations

Silverstar Car Wash

MOJO is seeking a Director of Operations to steer a broad region of car wash sites, coaching GMs and TCDs to deliver world‑class service, safety, and team culture. You’ll set performance tone, drive profitability, and scale best practices across the territory. You’ll lead through data and people, using tools like MoFlow and Ops360, partner with L&D, Marketing, Maintenance, and HR, and develop tomorrow’s regional leaders while maintaining a relentless focus on guest experience and operational #J-18808-Ljbffr
