Primary Care Nurse Practitioner | Days | Urgent Hiring

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in providing professional medical services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary care assessments and develop patient treatment plans
- Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and health education to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice and in accordance with state laws
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide culturally competent care to diverse and underserved populations
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current, unrestricted License as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of California
- Board Certification from the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Active and unrestricted DEA license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of Primary Care clinical work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a community health center, FQHC, or underserved healthcare setting.
