Financial Controller

Controller – Hospitality / Restaurant | Palm Beach A growing and well-established Restaurant organization in Palm Beach is seeking a strong Controller to join its leadership team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of the business while partnering closely with executive and operational leadership. Key responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead the month-end and year-end close process Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Analyze restaurant-level performance, margins, labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses Partner with operations leadership to identify trends, improve profitability, and support business decisions Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting infrastructure Oversee and develop the accounting team while ensuring accuracy and accountability Support growth initiatives, new locations, capital investments, and other strategic projects Serve as a trusted financial partner to ownership and senior leadership Ideal background: 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Strong restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit Food & Beverage experience preferred Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance Hands-on leader who is comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Segrera Associates
