About the Job We’re hiring Warehouse Order Pickers / Loaders to join our warehouse team. This is a physical, fast‑paced role for people who like staying active and working as part of a team. You’ll be picking product, building pallets, and loading delivery trucks to support next‑day customer deliveries. Training is provided — no prior warehouse experience required. What You’ll Do Pick product from warehouse locations using pick tickets or scanners Build pallets neatly and safely to prevent damage Load company delivery trucks accurately and on time Safely operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures Work as part of a team to hit daily goals What This Job Is Hands‑on and physically active Fast‑paced and team‑oriented Measured by accuracy, safety, and productivity over time A great fit for people who like to stay moving What This Job Is Not A desk job Customer‑facing Slow or sedentary work Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift cases (up to 50 lbs) and kegs (up to 175 lbs with assistance) Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and bending for a full shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to read, write, and understand English Experience No prior warehouse experience required — training provided. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, not required.
