Xerox Copier Tech

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Xerox Copier Tech for a direct hire opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is ideal for a reliable, self‑motivated field service professional with strong mechanical aptitude, copier repair experience, and a desire to build a long‑term career in equipment service and support. The Xerox Copier Tech will service digital copiers, printers, scanners, fax equipment and multifunction devices at local customer sites. This position offers stable, hands‑on work in a customer‑facing service environment where technical skill, professionalism, and responsiveness are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Repair and perform preventative maintenance on black and white and color digital copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, and multifunction equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network printing, and network scanning issues on digital office equipment. Set up new equipment installations for network printing and scanning functionality. Respond efficiently to daily service calls at customer locations throughout the local area. Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and ensure needed parts and tools are available for service calls. Provide professional customer service, clarify customer needs, resolve concerns, and escalate issues according to established procedures. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
