Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema as a primary focus of care
• Deliver patient education related to therapy goals and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in a rural Critical Access Hospital environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Demonstrated lymphedema treatment experience
• Strong patient education and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential preferred
• Prior outpatient occupational therapy experience
