HNHF Program Coordinator- Economic Opportunity Program

Overview Facilitate one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions focusing on financial stability, job readiness, and career development. Support the My Bridge 2 Success mobility mentoring program for members in HNHF neighborhoods. Create avenues and resources for community education on consumer loans, credit cards, home buying, employment, and job readiness. Contribute to the coordination and facilitation of the HNHF VITA Income Tax Preparation program, prioritizing services for families with children eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit. Essential Functions Assist in developing project plans and timelines. Coordinate project meetings and communicate updates to team members. Monitor project progress with the project manager, identifying potential risks or issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports. Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in the area of responsibility. Education Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, required. Skills Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills. Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently manage time. Collaborative and team‑oriented, with the ability to work well independently. Experience One year of program or project support, required. Physical Requirements Occasionally: bend/twist, climb stairs/ladder, flex/extend neck, lift/carry 0‑10 lb, lift/carry 11‑20 lb, lift/carry 21‑40 lb, push/pull 0‑25 lb, reach above shoulder, squat/kneel.
