What You'll Be Doing:
- Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests— NO COLD CALLING!
- Assist guests with inquiries about vacation properties and packages.
- Determine guest eligibility based on qualification standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional sales training to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals who have:
- Customer Service or Sales Call Center experience (a plus!)
- A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Basic PC proficiency and a commitment to maintaining high call quality
- A fast learner eager to expand knowledge and skill sets
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Must be able to pass a full background check. Dress code is business casual.
