Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) upgrades, building modernization, environmental compliance works, and site rehabilitation projects. The role is responsible for management of schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, or a minimum of 5-years of related experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering MEPF, building upgrades, and site projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam.
• Strong project controls capability (schedule, cost, risk, change management)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and manage construction phase activity.

Certifications (Desired)

• OSHA 30-Hour (Construction)
• First Aid/CPR

• Work arrangement: Daily travel to project sites in South Central, NY and the Corning Valley.
• Requires on-site work in mechanical rooms and active construction environments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $82,000 - $120,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
