A Pharmacy Technician role is available at a healthcare site in Bremerton, WA, offering a per diem work arrangement. This position plays a crucial role in supporting pharmacy operations by ensuring accurate dispensing of medications and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute prescription medications according to physicians' and authorized health practitioners' orders.
- Communicate medication information effectively to patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to support patient care and satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Washington State.
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following pharmacy protocols.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
