Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - 30 hours/week, day shift

Overview The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates patients' mobility and motor function to assess functional performance and provides goal-directed, activity-oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' mobility and motor function to assess functional performance Develop and implement goal-directed, activity-oriented treatment plans Promote optimum independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Provide patient, family, and community education on physical therapy and rehabilitation Maintain accurate and timely patient records Stay current with best practices and emerging techniques in physical therapy Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Preferred experience in outpatient physical therapy settings Additional certifications in specialized physical therapy techniques Education and Experience: Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Relevant clinical experience preferred. Licenses and Certifications Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license. Current BCLS certification. Full‑time position, benefits eligible. External hires qualify for a $7,000 sign‑on bonus. Pay Range $38.50 - $53.91 per hour. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on factors such as seniority, education, training, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, and applicable law.
