We have transformed how business gets done.The Account Manager is the key player in implementation of sales and customer service strategy. The Account Manager would serve as main point of contact for accounts in their region.Essential Functions:Conducting calls on accounts dailyProviding Customer ServiceEducating customers on new technologiesManaging data/ leads in SalesForceNetworking within community eventsConduct face to face presentations with MTUs and decision makersAttend daily staff/ campaign meetingsSkill and Ability Areas:Ability to provide an outstanding level of customer serviceExemplary self-discipline and work ethicOutstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented with a proactive positive attitudeWillingness to take initiative and ownership of projectsDetail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively and with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of stressExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated, and dedicatedThoroughness and attention to detailGrooming – employee must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Good hygiene & professional appearance required. Business attire in office and during events required.
