Retail Warehouse Specialist We are looking for a Retail Warehouse Specialist to join our Charlottesville Retail Store. The role supports daily operations, inventory management, and warehouse environment, ensuring accurate organization, cleanliness, and efficient workflow. Responsibilities Unload and check-in daily inventory shipments Prepare returns and outgoing inventory and load them onto trucks Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store warehouse and exterior loading area Work closely with Distribution Center staff and Retail staff to ensure inventory accuracy Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and annual physical count of all inventory General building maintenance including light janitorial duties Occasionally assist home installation team as needed to deliver items to customers' homes Develop an understanding of our company’s Basic Beliefs and Noble Purpose Qualifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Regular lifting (up to 50lbs) and occasional heavy lifting (up to 75lbs) Overhead reaching/lifting Ability to navigate a step ladder/regular ladder and stairs Ability to crouch and bend repeatedly, and sit or stand for long periods of time Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Exceptional organization skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Highly self-motivated Schedule Monday through Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during busy times. Salary and Benefits Hourly rate starts at $17.25. In addition to hourly pay, the Retail Warehouse Specialist has the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives, including up to $200 per month, as well as a separate annual incentive of up to $1,000.
