This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment while supporting automation projects, machine controls, system upgrades, and plant operations in a growing and highly successful environment.The ideal candidate will have strong PLC programming experience, solid electrical controls knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop machine control systems using AutoCADSelect and size electrical components including VFDs, motors, filters, PLCs, HMIs, and protection devicesProgram, edit, troubleshoot, and modify Allen Bradley PLC systemsSupport installation, startup, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and machineryProvide technical troubleshooting and controls support for maintenance and production teamsAssist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiativesEnsure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and machine safety requirementsTravel approximately 30% to local facilities to support installations and operational needsCollaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve system performance and efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferredEquivalent hands-on controls engineering experience will also be considered in lieu of a degreeStrong experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial automationAutoCAD experience requiredKnowledge of electrical systems, industrial controls, and manufacturing equipmentStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $100K – $120KBonus opportunitiesProfit sharing programComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and additional employee benefitsWhy JoinJoin a growing world-class manufacturer known for innovation, stability, and employee-focused culture.
