IT Project Manager

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a position located in Cold Spring, KY Responsibilities Support the development and rollout of PMO processes and governance Manage multiple concurrent projects across IT and business functions Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and critical paths Serve as a go-to resource for project methodology and best practices Track and report on project status, progress, and metrics Partner directly with leadership to drive execution and priorities Utilize tools such as Smartsheet (or similar platforms) for tracking and reporting Qualifications: 3-6 years of project management experience Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project management tools - Microsoft Project Experience managing projects in ERP and Application development environments PMP certification preferred Familiarity with PMO frameworks or PMBOK concepts Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate with limited structure and adapt quickly Encore Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
