  • Clinic hours 8:00am-4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
  • OR 7:30am-3:30/4:00pm
  • 24-hour call
  • ASAP start through 4/30/2027
• Job Setting: Clinic and OR (Hospital)
• Types of Cases: General ENT
• Credentialing: 60-days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Certifications: ACLS; DEA required
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/LOQ required
